As planning permission experts, we will take full responsibility for obtaining planning permission and will pay for all the associated costs - which can be anything between £20,000 and £100,000.
Once planning permission has been granted, we will then pay you the agreed figure for the land. In the unlikely event permission is not given, you will not incur any costs.
